New Year's Greetings

Happy New Year everyone!

In this issue, we would like to wish you a Happy New Year and discuss our recent plans and policies for 2025.

◆Recap

In 2024, I posted a number of secondary works, mainly “The Adventurers' Tavern” and “変態マッチョおじさんOHYAMA”.

This year, I would like to continue these contributions, but I would also like to try something new.

As for voting projects, there is a big difference in the participation rate between pixivFANBOX and Patreon, so I would like to think a little about how the projects should be organized.

◆About the voting project

Thank you for your contribution to the “What kind of illustration would you like to see from Hitenmaru?

The results of the survey will be used to guide our activities in 2025, and we plan to produce illustrations selected from those submitted via the supporter form, as we had announced.

We hope to produce the illustrations as soon as possible, but it may take some time due to a number of conflicts.

Please be patient.

◆About commissions

At the beginning of this year, I will first create illustrations accepted on pixivREQUEST.

(So my first submission this year will be a 10$ plan)

The content is like a remake of a past work, which is rare for me.

Also, for the time being, I will be prioritizing personal offers for commissions, and will not be accepting commissions on pixivREQUEST until a few months from now.

Please understand this in advance.

◆Long-term goals

I mentioned that I want to try something new, but I am interested in 3DCG specifically.

I am interested in 3DCG because I would like to try new ways of expression in the midst of the changing times.

I feel that 3DCG has great potential because it can be connected to various fields such as animation and games.

My ultimate goal is to create a 3D model of “Ohyama Hidekatsu.

However, I am still at the stage where I am not very good with software, let alone modeling, so I am trying to learn by doing various things first.

(To be honest, there is a high possibility that I will not be able to do it well at all and just leave it alone.)
