Unlike a full album, such songs are released to test the waters, so to speak, before an artist is ready to fully showcase his/her repertoire. I hope Jin knows HAPPY is practically a teaser! I can't be teased when it comes to Jin's vocals. I've got to hear more and longer, Lord help me until then.

Quality--masterful delivery and production plus intelligent lyrics = music worth listening to. As I first listened to Happy, what kept running through my mind was, "This sounds like music BTS would do." Ironically, I think that makes Jin's debut solo album distinct from the other members. His album is authentic, but he didn't set out to distance himself from the BTS sound. And I couldn't be happier. 👏 (Nico and AJJ, Thank you for respecting the artist by paying thoughtful attention to the lyrics and taking your time with this album review. Borahae 💜)

Like AJJ, I also have a 3 way tie between Another Level, Heart on the window and Falling I doubt this will change. I don't like changing songs. I don't have a lot of Top 5's like someone I know 👁️👁️ (Yes, I'm looking at 🫵 broham) This album of Jin blew my mind Definitely an 11 out of 10 All songs will be added to my playlist. Knowing that Jin is the biggest Rock fan of the group, when the theme of the album was revealed, I figured it would have that garage band sound in ways. Another Level surprised me, and right now , it's my favorite, with the 5 other songs taking 2nd. I Will Come To You was the perfect ballad to show off Jin's silver voice, so beautiful, and I'm glad to see he wrote it. All in all, excellent album, and it's what I was hoping for as Jin's first solo project. 10/10!

He wrote it all by himself, using notes he took while in the military while missing ARMY so much. Left in Winter on a snowy day. Came back with the breeze of Spring. 😭

My personal opinion, Hybe need to do a deep research on potential artists on what they represent and their character. This is just my opinion. The 3D that I listen to is without Jack Harlow. I absolutely love Jin's entire Happy album. My favorite song is Heart on the Window. Falling and Another Level are tied. I'm so HAPPY that Jin finally put out his solo album. I'm so proud of Jin 💜 He blessed us with silver vocals 💜

Work, cook dinner, take care of the fur babies, watch TV for an hour or so, repeat. The weekend consist of cleaning, laundry, and hosting gatherings. We have a large family and even though we're all adults, we still gather for birthdays which are always at my house. The only time I have to relax is that hour or so. I actually just told my family that I'm taking a break from hosting next year. We'll do Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, but next year, I'm not doing anything.

2024-11-19 13:21:32 +0000 UTCI cried when I read the lyrics of “I will come to you” for the first time, knowing he actually wrote the entire song by himself, and most of it all came while he was in the military… he’s dedicating this beautiful song as in a way of a love letter to ARMY ❤️ saying he left us on winter and then he says he comes back to us on spring day… so beautiful. Actually this album was PERFECT 😍 only thing I wish it could have a couple of songs more…

As for my favorites, I am the same as you Nico "Another level"and "I Will Come to You". I listened to the album a few times before i got to read the lyrics and I couldn't pick a favorite. They were all so good. But after reading the lyrics those 2 songs were definitly my favorites but it is still a no skip album for me. When it comes to ballads JIn and JK are who i love to listen to so i am so glad that Jin added a ballad to this album. This album was really everything i was hoping for. GO JIN!!

I picture Jin dressed dressed like Thor, only his costume is all black and silver, no other colors. And he's struggling to climb black cliffs while rain is pouring down and huge waves are crashing up beside him. Now, since Jin said in his special live stage that this song was partly inspired by his love for gaming, the next thing I imagine is that monsters from the games he likes keep attacking him - but he has Thor's hammer as well as Thor's costume, so he keeps knocking the monsters away and climbing on until he reaches the peak. Then he looks up into the skies and raises the hammer. Lightning strikes it, and he glows from head to toe like the hero he is. I love this song so much!
