Please don't make excuses for an abuser. That man does not love his family. He is one of the most vile parents. I would say Hwan's father is better than Jooan's dad. He's shady in politics and he ignores Hwan but atleast he's not abusing his kid. Abuse is the worst thing a parent can do. And he's been abusing them for years. Before the mom even left And the right hand dude??? I'm gonna assume you haven't finished the show because I'm so confused by this comment. Only good parent is Hosu's foster mom. And Cein's dad.

I mean…I do believe some bad stuff happened to Cein’s mom but I do not believe it happened the way it did. Not at all. And Cein definitely doesn’t believe it. 💀 There is a lot to come. Hwan became number 1 in his CLASS (Dogeon is a little younger so he’s in a different class) and number 3 in the whole school. Regardless, he got there by cheating so it’s definitely still a slap in the face to Dogeon who worked his ass off to get there. 😤

The only ones I can be ok with are Hosu’s guardian ‘mom’, Cein’s father, Junho (Hwan’s dad’s right hand dude), and I know it’s weird but Jooan’s dad. Jooan’s dad is a pos because of his addiction to alcohol as well as some untreated trauma but he at least loves family deep, deep down. You see it in certain moments. That why it’s SO hard for Jooan to leave him even though he definitely should. And I think his father is trying, it’s just very hard to break through whatever darkness he has going on in his head. But…he is not shady as shit and corrupt and evil and vile like the other adults in the show. So…I mean he’s lower on the list of the adults I can f with in this show but he’s on there. 😅 if I had to rate them it’d go -Hosu’s ‘momma’ -Cein’s dad -The right hand dude -Jooan’s dad. It’s sad that it’s only four adults 😂

He's trying so hard to be loved, accepted and understood by his family. I'm with AJJ. I don't believe anything that principle is saying. He my have some 20% truth, but the other 80% are lies. He said rumors started spreading? I bet he was the one that started those rumors. Remember, she was a thorn in his side. I think that he liked her, confessed and she rejected him. Cein looked like he was working overtime to control himself from jumping across that table and choke that jerk. What upsets me more is that Cein's father didn't say anything to defend his wife. Why not? Anyway, this was a really good episode.

And the trauma these boys go through is so intense and dark at times. You have to really take a moment to breathe and process stuff. 😭

I say that because when he was walking on that bridge after running the explosion happened. Maybe the person on the phone wanted Joohan to keep Cein away from it.
