BTS - American Hustle Life EP. 6 REACTION

Comments

I totally agree, I was salty about the first couple episodes and then every single teacher since then has been awesome and supportive and helpful to the guys. I love seeing them feel at home with their teachers and re-falling in love with their craft <3

Ellie M

I absolutely agree with everything you all said about the teachers and how receptive the guys were. I'm with Blaze, the teachings with Iris make me so emotional and the next episode truly gives me chills and tears to my eyes everytime with the performances. Oh to be able to time travel and put myself in that audience!

Ema

RM's part feeding the girl grapes and cherries in the MV were cut off, you need to see that full fam haha great episode, RIP teacher Iris ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Noe Barrionuevo

I think this is my favorite episode thus far. The teams each had such great coaches. I loved the beatboxing coach. He had such a nice, calm energy and he was very encouraging toward Hobi and Jin. And of course Iris was phenomenal. I love how she just radiated love, and how the boys felt so touched by her praise and encouragement.

Lily

I hope you guys got to see the whole "Boy in Luv," MV (L. A. Version) because that wasn't it. RM and Jin's parts were cut out. If you haven't here's the link. https://youtu.be/OROjb0AxA5Q

Novena Waters

loved V getting recognized for his soulful voice! made me tear a bit. idk why more ppl don't praise/appreciate it.

jeanbee

wonder if whoopi know abt young BTS working with Sister Act songs :)

jeanbee

yup! i believe that's why in the scene where jin and hobi are doing the breathing exercises, you can that they're actually sitting in the hallway of some recording studio. so basically shooting AHL anytime they're "taking a break" from recording D+W lol. also in the earlier eps, jimin was wearing a bandana around his neck and he normally protects his neck when he's touring and needing to use his voice often. thank goodness V wasn't too terribly sick- a miracle they all didn't fall sick at the rate they were going.

jeanbee

I agree, this is also my favorite episode. The entire experience was worth it in my opinion. There were some less than stellar moments for sure but ultimately I do agree that the guys learned a lot about the American industry and got to work with some premiere level talent.

WhatchaGot2Say

This is by far my favorite episode! I love the teachers that they chose for this segment. Amazing experts that were kind, encouraging, and thoughtful. What more could you ask for? Bang PDnim is definitely ahead of his time. And we continue to see how things are run differently at BH/HYBE then anywhere else in Korea. I'm curious to see how things roll out now that HYBE is here in the states. The boys were only here in LA for two weeks but the impressions that were made during their stay have lasted them a life time. They learned so much in such a short amount of time.

Rae Avilez

awwww @ you guys having a good time with RM and Suga napping while Jimin practiced. Don't forget that they were recording their first full length album Dark and Wild during the night while they filmed this all day. RM and Suga were usually involved in some production as well so they probably had to work while the rest got to.. rest? I know you feel that... just wanted to remind in case there are new ARMYs out there that didn't know.

Trishie

She already had planned to give her shirt her grand-daughter is a army she created that shirt

Que Williams

it was Jungkookie who wore the shirt btw

Mia

"BTS In the Soop" was meant to be a healing time for the members. Obviously, BigHIt had to pivot and rethink a way to film BTS in South Korea ("soop" means forest in Hangul); the episodes were not only available online but I believe were televised in their own country, so episodes were tracked for ratings and industry stuff like that. Other than the usual games, cooking/eating, subunits of members, it got to be a little repetitive in some episodes. But as with anything BTS, there were some truly sweet moments, some enlightening moments (paying attention is always key!), and as always, chaotic moments! The highlight for sure was their creating the theme music for the show and then recording it later - I don't think that's a spoiler, as that was on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and social media already. SUGA said it was awhile since they've been in one room creating music, so he was glad he had his laptop/recording equipment with him to get it all down. You should watch the series as its good to keep up with the BTS lexicon.

Blaze: FYI the Whoopi Goldberg shirt story, BTS and Whoopi were on the Graham Norton show in 2018 when BTS were performing in London. Just to remind the audience (primarily white middle-age pensioners) how absolutely HUGE BTS are, he showed their cover of Time magazine and asked if any of the other guests ever graced the cover (answer: none but BTS). And he showed a still photo of Namjoon speaking at the U.N. General Assembly (with the BTS members standing behind, and they looked ALL looked very fly in their suits!). RM gave a summary of why they spoke at the UNGA; Whoopi was so impressed, she literally gave BTS the shirt off her back. The print was her own design and had a special meaning; I believe Taehyung wore the shirt at the airport when they returned to Seoul.

kolea626

the first 1.24 mins cracks me up lol... reunited yeah yeah

Mary Rose Aguinaldo

Just a fun fact, whenever the members mentioned their age, they are mentioning their Korean age which is normally 1 year older than international age that we all normally use. So like in this episode they said JK was 18y/o (Korean age) when he is actually 17y/o. JK also mentioned before that he came to Seoul to join BTS as a trainee at the age of 15y/o (again this is his Korean age) when for international age he was actually 14y/o.

faza maisarah

Thank you so so much I really look forward to that <3 ...... OH I love you guys so nice to share this journey with you

Butifi7

Yeah she did. Unfortunately she doesn't sell them officially.

WhatchaGot2Say

WhatchaGot2Say

Butifi7

That doggy is like I'm done with them hoomans reacting to BTS and jumpin' up and down on my couch. I want them to react to opera!

Cynthia Serra Neves

Youโ€™re VERY welcome and love ya right back ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

WhatchaGot2Say

It's so great to watch the show with you guys.. it was fun and emotional at the same time. Thank you and love you guys!!

Fazrin Jumat

This is why i wanted you guys to experience this show now! I told you... Big Hit was genius! Bang Shihyuik knew and bc he decided to do something totally diff from the other companies producing idols and gave these guys a real and honest foundation i believe is part of why they are who they are today! It's humbling and shows bts in such an honest light! Not to mention so entertaining!! Luv u guys!!!

DeAnna Jeane

So not to get off subject but...Did Mrs. AJJ make Blaze's shirt and if so how can I get one?

BTS & ARMY 4life

i wil waiting for your react

Irene_ BTS

i love so much

Irene_ BTS

the last episode is the better!!!!

Irene_ BTS

Aah cant wait! Watching this with yall!

Vie En Roseโ€™

Love the reactions and this episodes.. personally, the LA 'music video' version of Boy In Luv was too much, I didn't like it but that's just me. <3

Madpleasure

Great reaction and will you all ever react to bon voyage I think u will love them.

Lexi

In the Soop is a new series. There's only been one episode. The concept is for them to be alone, no producers, in the forest by a lake just having fun, cooking, and hanging out. BV is more touristy and this, so far, is more relaxed.

Penguin Love

I wouldn't say in the soop is better then bon voyage but it definitely has an appeal of its own and the two shows are different concepts bon voyage is more about traveling and getting closer together and doing activities the staff has prepared in the soop is shot differently and it's more about them doing what they want without a plan in one location too unlike bon voyage where they travel around at set area I really love both shows but in the soop is really amazing especially the place they went to it's beautiful

natasha richardson

Is it better than Bon Voyage?

WhatchaGot2Say

Guys are you going to react to "in the soup"? Pleaseeee

Karol Sierra

That really means a lot FAM ๐Ÿ˜Œ We appreciate you! ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ’œ

WhatchaGot2Say

You guys are my favorite reactors. I'm not lying ๐Ÿ˜Œ

I STAN THE GREATEST

I have seen the BTS Dynamite... you guys arent ready for it... mentally ready... lol enjoy watching it though!!!

Erin Kemble

Actually when the subtitles said jungkook was 18 he was 16 lol Korean age is like 2 years ahead or something๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ so they were ages 16-20 here ๐Ÿ˜ฌ very young guys

J.N

Ohhhh that sounds like itโ€™s going to be LIT ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

WhatchaGot2Say

She was my favorite ๐Ÿค“ with the Beat Box king coming in at a close second.

WhatchaGot2Say

They must be the best of the best ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค“

WhatchaGot2Say

Thank you so much! That makes us very happy that you are enjoying this with us so much ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

WhatchaGot2Say

This is one of my favorite episodes of all time out of all the BTS shows, which there are a lot of. Just seeing the interaction between Miss Iris and the boys is just so sweet. Whenever people hate on AHL, I get mad because it completely disregards some of the beautiful moments and learning experiences they had.

Lanie R.

I LOVE YOUR REACTIONS!! The beginning part with you guys had me in stitches and I absolutely love your commentary throughout every single time. You guys are so genuine and you really pick up on a lot of things. Thank you for the reaction ๐Ÿ’œ

Lexyoongi

I'm having a great time watching these with you guys! I didn't get any sleep last night and so I kinda zoned out for about 5 minutes...watching the red light on your mouse blink on and off Nico LOL! My favorite part in this episode is Miss Iris, her laughter just makes my day!

Alien Cat Tweets

I really cannot wait for you guys to watch the next few episodes !!

Yumi Shimitzu

One of the things I loved was Teacher Iris. She was amazing.

Karla24.wintaebear

Also you guys should check out the full version of the LA video! Itโ€™s so good and such a rare treat in the vast encyclopedia of their videos haha

jvhleesi

from what i understand, they were being as tough (score-wise) on each other as they possibly could so they wouldn't be the losing team xD like jimin said, RM wrote down 100/100 first and then he changed it because he knew they were the losing team lol

AJ

Fun watching with you guys! Can't wait until you watch their performances in episode 8๐Ÿ’œ

Terri Cooper

Hey Hey Hey ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿคฃ

WhatchaGot2Say

Their humbleness and their unappeased appetite for learning are some of the main reasons BTS became so sticky for me. I found them refreshing like the taste of a cold glass of lemonade after walking through a barren desert for hours with no end in sight. After passing through several mirages that shattered all hope for survival time and time again, there it is....the real deal. That sweet sweet glass of iced lemonade ๐Ÿค“

WhatchaGot2Say

Youโ€™re very welcome! We love watching these and sharing the time with you guys ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ’œ

WhatchaGot2Say

I love it I was waiting so patiently for this so when will get the episodes 7 I can't wait I enjoy it alot with u guys thank u

odessa moore

Love love loooove this episode!

jvhleesi

YES!! I was waiting for you guys to get to this ep. ๐Ÿ˜ This was one of my FAVORITE eps along with the one when they met Warren G. I agree when you guys said they were so receptive and appreciative to learn from the "Tutors" and I think that's one of the key elements of why BTS are so successful. There respect for others and always willing to learn is one of the best parts of who they are! If this ep had you all in your feelings just wait to the next one! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

Tanya perez

The music video at the end isnโ€™t the whole mv. You guys should check out the full version it is so good

Jessfairy88
