August Pledges and $10 Reward and "Declined" Patron Status

Patreon is working with a new payment processors from what i knew. Any "declined" payment simply meant that ur bank card suspects that the Patreon payment is fraudulent. U can renew ur "Payment methods" or confirmed with ur bank to accept Patreon.
