Currently, I am considering whether to conduct a monthly questionnaire to gather your preferences on the characters you would like to see. Additionally, I am contemplating implementing a voting system to allow you to choose the character with the highest number of votes, which I will then create as a members-only illustration. This will make the subscription membership feel more special.
If any members who come across this announcement have any feedback or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

今月は多くの新規会員が増えたことに驚いています。本当にご支援いただき、心から感謝しています。
現在、今後毎月アンケート調査を行い、皆さんが見たいキャラクターを選んでいただけるような投票システムを導入することを検討しています。最も投票数の多いキャラクターを会員限定のイラストとして描くことで、会員限定の特別感を演出したいと考えています。もし、このお知らせを見ている会員の方からご意見がありましたら、大変感謝いたします。

You can even give additional voting power to higher tiers, people will gladly pay for that.(Just be careful not to give TOO much voting power to higher tiers) Also, I think that weight gain comic you did drew in a lot of new members, you should probably do more of that. I personally know a few people who joined because I showed it to them!
