I think at this point I have more respect for sex workers than I do for like... most "respectable" jobs. Like pretty much top tier is Doctor, Engineer, and Sex Worker (and the good lawyers, like immigration etc), and social workers and mental health providers. Then there's everybody else and at the bottom of the list is like corporate lawyers, cops, and most sales people (whom I've had to unfortunately work with extensively).
