VEGAS - ARCADE 05/01/24
Added 2024-01-05 18:00:05 +0000 UTCThis week on Vegas I've been working on porting some of the arcade machines from Spaceland to use around the map as side activities! Here is a showcase of the "Rings of Saturn" Basketball minigame! (WIP) I'm not sure yet on whether to allow these minigames to award you casino chips like the casino games I'm going to be making or just give the player points instead. I think I'd like the casino chips to be exclusive to the gambling machines, I want there to be stakes in the casino and I feel like the stakes would be lost if you could gain chips through these machines too. I'm not sure yet, I'll think about it!
I'm going to be doing new music for these Arcade machines too, and repainting the models to look a bit more modern, this map is going to be set in the 2010s and so I'd like these machines to better reflect the time period, as they do look very 80s (as they're from Spaceland). The Ghost's N Skulls EE machine with also be featured and will have an all new look as well!
These minigame machines will also be in the Afterlife Arcade, which I will be featuring in this map! If you've not played Infinite Warfare zombies, the Afterlife Arcade is an arcade you get transported to once you die, and you get to play these minigames instead of spectate the final survivor, I think it's a really fun idea and I'd like it to be present in this map! I'm going to be making some brand new minigames for it too so if you've got any ideas for some I could do, let me know!
