Another delay, God help me

Early in the morning there was a blackout on my neighborhood, and by the time I woke up the energy had come back but was weak, which gave me a scare because I thought my TV and notebook had fried because I left them on the socket, it came back to normal some 30 minutes later, except the internet then stopped working.

I called the Tim, which is my internet provider, and they told me the repair team was working on it and it would be fixed until 2:47 p.m., so I waited, frustrated as fuck, and surprise surprise, it didn't come back.

I called again and they told me that the team was facing some problems and gave me a new extimate that it would be ready until 4:50. And I waited, because there wasn't anything I could do. It still didn't come back.

So I called again, and this time I was redirected to an attendant, who tried to solve my problem remotely only for it not to work, with her informing me that the problem on the area had already been solved, and if I was having problems with it then it was probably my cable that had gotten damaged on the blackout, and now I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon for someone to come see if they can solve the problem - only, the attendant told me they had a period of 24 hours after their first allocated time, so the guy may just come the day after.

And that's just to diagnose the problem and try to solve it if it's a minor thing. Otherwise a team will have to be called which also has 24h to come, or if the problem is with the energy side of things instead of the internet cable itself then they have to get in contact with the energy provider to solve it, like it happened two months ago.

I'm had a crash out after that and almost broke my shit back in the apartment, so I went out. I'm on the McDonalds right now, using the free WiFi to write this. I didn't think to bring my notebook, but I'll try to write on my cellphone. I'm so sorry.
