Test Build Access (Windows Only)

Sending this out to patreons because I need some features tested and some feedback, PLEASE DO NOT SHARE, This is a broken build :)
What I need tested is the phone, to best access after shopping with Kayla as the gallery is fully activated and you have met misa.

- Part of alex's sleep walk scene is accessible, not completed, and not final (do not got high on alex, it will crash)

Also wanted to note for mobile users, you will be getting your own test build as these new features will need to be coded specifically for mobile
