Why Everyone LOVES Todd Chavez from Bojack Horseman

I honestly don't think I've ever met a person who's watched this show who earnestly disliked Todd's fun-loving, optimistic persona. He's so necessary for a show like this, as the depression-driven antics of Bojack are bound to get you down at one point or another. But Todd will always lift you back up, like the positive ball of energy he is.
He's also super important in terms of representation for asexuals in television (or media in general). It's not exactly something Hollywood enjoys discussing, and will often go the preferred "confirming they're asexual off the show, but never in the show". Bojack doesn't shy away from it, and shows the possible journey of one asexual in great detail. I'll always really appreciate that.
