Oh my gosh noooo Iβm so sorry youβve been sick π I hope you feel better soon! π I totally forgot about Alex Hirschβs GENIUS way of planting important plot points as jokes. Gravity Falls was awesome about that. I bet youβre right and IT is doing the same... What are you up to, 1:1!? π§

Iβve been sick with the worst strep throat of my life this week so itβs been a bit tough, but Iβm really glad I have some ramen soup, an ungodly amount of tea, and some Alyciadweeb to get me throughπ€π I donβt really have the energy to come up with theories this week, but it seems like the dweebdom has that well covered. But I canβt resist lol, Iβll keep it brief. I agree the cat will help them after the conductors betrayal (assuming sheβs alive) and I this that one-one will be the key to the conductors defeat. I think that line about βthe changeβ was a relevant plot point disguised as a punchline. Alex Hirsh describes using that technique on his gravity falls commentaries, so they might be doing the same thing here. I think the conductors been changed or one-one will change him somehow? Idk. Episode 8 was pretty juicy w answers, but even juicier with questions. Also, if Atticus was created on the train, Iβm sure he can be created again. I have a feeling that βgunβ the conductor had took and stored his essence, leaving him as a soulless roach-mare, who immediately tried to steal from tulip what it was lacking by sucking her soul. Anyways, hope all my fellow dweebs are doing well out there! Stay safe and donβt forget to brush your teeth!

OOOOOOH that would be quite a reveal if the Conductor were actually a human! I love this theory!

Wonder if the conductor is a person in a suit? Or perhaps it's an avatar being controlled remotely? Why would it need the Mimic-robot for transport, just add some wings or wheels or something if it's purely mechanical.
