And by way of gifts, I present the announcement of another prospective sister series to Zebra Girl, hopefully arriving sometime in the latter half of 2022! Witch Warp is the story of Vibrissa Sendo, an abecedarian sorceress who takes a chance and finds herself isekai’d like Hell from her comfortably cultivated life because, yes, she had to chase the butterfly. The story will take us back to the magical Outlands, past the Subfusc Plains and the Pits, as Vibrissa and her friend Lion find themselves playing a part in an endangered exodus on a quest to find home.
If this gets off the ground it will be a more self-contained series than Zebra Girl (as in, less than eighteen years long, because I’m old now and that would kill me), and tentatively followed by The Curse of Clarity.
