You know, my PPI medication is about to run out...I've been taking this for a few months now for supposed acid reflux, back when I was having big throat issues. Although I still haven't been officially diagnosed with something. Truthfully, I don't know what it was...
I tried asking my mom a bit ago to book an appointment with my new doctor to get the prescription renewed but she couldn't do it online, like it just wasn't working, sooo we just left it...
Do you think I should get it renewed? I'm wondering if I could just not renew it, let it run out and see what happens...see if i really need it basically. Because maybe I really don't, I haven't been doing any of my other acid reflux relievers tbh and I've been okay...maybe the whole cause and incident was something else. I don't think it's good to be taking medications that you don't actually need after all. But, if it turns out I do need it, it might be painful while waiting to get more...maybe I'll get more just in case? Bleh, but it sucks going to these doctor offices...

I think its okay to not have to renew your medicine at least for now, you've changed the milk you drink and you havent had problems but be careful nonetheless. Think of it as a βbetter to have and not need than need and not haveβ scenario.
