Thanks! I'll start phasing in some of these more specific questions into my daily journaling. Your video on progress/goals has had a huge impact on my life the past month. No matter what else I write in my journal or do that day, I always wake up with my tea or coffee, no electronics, and just write out a few sentences for my progress so far, both short- and long term, and then a few sentences for my goals for the day or any additional long term goals. I have been finding small things to implement into my daily habits. While I've been thinking about the more general question of who I am and how I want to contribute to making the world a better place nearly my entire life since I learned how to talk and ongoing at 34, it's the specifics that have tended to elude me. I end up getting lost in the big picture and because this world requires expertise in narrow fields, I end up falling short of my life goals. I'll start journaling about some of these more specific questions over the next few months as I navigate this stage of my journey.
