What No One Will Tell You about CRITICISM

IMPORTANT VIDEO about how to deal with criticism and use it in your business, service, product, or content creation work. I hope everyone gets a chance to watch this one and it will probably go the main YT eventually.

What No One Will Tell You about CRITICISM

Comments

Early on I realized I missed a lot of your advice by not clicking on videos with subjects that pertained to me. I have since started to watch every single video you post and I am always able to learn something new... at the 23:10 mark of the video, I learned that you know me too well.

This is so helpful. I have gotten better about ignoring criticism but now I am going to start putting it where it should be! In the trash

It took me literally my entire life(I'm 34 as of five days ago) to learn this. The minute I stopped caring what people said I started to see a marked increase in productivity and mental health. Honestly, if writing wasn't the same as breathing for me I wouldn't even comment anywhere whatsoever. But I have a gift I guess. Hopefully it can do something for me some day. I haven't had the ability to think straight for a number of years now, but that's starting to change as my life improves. I want to finish writing my sf/fantasy novels and start to query to agents and editors with a finished manuscript, but it's like running on empty for many years now. Interestingly enough I actually got a new viewer specifically from a comment on one of your public YouTube videos, so I guess there's something happening with my nonsense posting! LMFAO That being said, I definitely only try to add insight and reflection and I'm too much of a beginner to offer any criticism. Love your stuff.

Super great video!

post and ghost is similar to another saying i heard, you can always wash out content with more content

Highlighted Notes: - Do NOT accept negativity into your headspace and negativity from people who are not highly informed in your business. - Highly successful people do not criticize others.

Found this incredibly helpful.

Good video Devin, Thank you for being willing to share that, sometimes criticism isn't a good thing to receive but if it is done with the right intentions and comes from the right place, it might be the catalyst for motivating someone to pursue what it is they are trying to accomplish. Words do have power and so they can be used to create or they can be used as a means of destruction. So once again great video hope to see more 😃
