Misskey.io Opened! R18 Twitter Alt To Be Dormant

Hi everyone! As you might have already read about on my twitter alt, I've decided to move my R18 microblogging activities to misskey.io . I feel like it's generally a more comfortable place to share some of my mini updates outside of this fanbox. With how twitter has been lately for artists, I kinda don't really want to take chances on twitter.

Please note that my twitter accounts aren't going anywhere. My main SFW twitter account will continue to be regularly active. However, my NSFW twitter alt will remain in a dormant state, which much of that account's activity shifting to the newer misskey platform.

So you might be wondering what the heck misskey is. It's a twitter alternative platform that's on the ActivityPub protocal network of federated social networks. However, as I've experience so far, misskey.io is not like pawoo or mastodon or so. It's built entirely on it's own backend with several key features that help deliver a cleaner experience in my opinion. I've personally been enjoying using misskey a lot more than I had with pawoo or mastodon, and it's primarily JP userbase. So just a little warning, it's not exactly english-speaking friendly, but there is a built in translator and the community is very welcoming of english speakers.
