The science is uncertain when it comes to testosterone. Studies have shown that low levels are associated with increased mortality, meaning a higher risk of death. However, low T could be the effect, rather than the cause of overall poor health. There's also a well-known study on Korean eunuchs (castrated men) which suggested that low T might be the reason why they had high longevity. The way I feel about it when it comes to morphic fields is that I'd rather focus on the outcomes I want than to focus on increasing T. Ideally, I would test my T levels and go from there but that's kind of expensive.
