2025-11-11 11:50:14 +0000 UTCI have no experience using them in any other way besides importing them into the database with the FIFA Editor Tool, which is how our Unlock mod is created... There are probably other ways to use it, but you'll have to research it. I made the Unlock tables available because many users asked for them, whether to make them compatible with their personal mods, or to use them in another way... These are the primary files of our Unlock Shoes & GK Gloves mod.

2025-11-11 11:21:36 +0000 UTCThe files responsible for the movement in the laces are the "cloth_meshes" files, which come with some IDs and limit the handling and replacement of models that have this file in their IDs... With the new FIFA Editor Tool, it is possible to disable this cloth simulation so that we can have total freedom in assembling and managing the IDs in our Bootpack. Many of these cloth_meshes were disabled in our FC26 Bootpack, to give us the freedom to work with any model in any ID, which is why you may have noticed fewer models with movement in the laces. Fewer models with moving laces also means better PC performance in the game, since this small feature demands processing power from the machines... which we can use to improve other areas graphically without compromising game performance... so that's another positive point of disabling this small feature.
