This, is Lady Hilgith, Lady death, Mistress of magic and the eternal judge. The youngest of the Celosian pantheon. While at first she governed over the astral plain of magic, she grew judgemental of the souls that died and abandoned it to create the realms of heaven and hell. The Astral realm was later breached by a catastrophic reaction between an ancient relic and the gods wrath, allowing the Nephele to enter the mortal realm.
