That means Karasuno was the last touch to make the ball go out = so Seijo gets the point. You also saw it at 35:27. Tanaka spiked and it hit Mad Dog's hand (it was quick but thats what happened) then the ball went out. So this time Seijo was the last touch to make the ball go out = so Karasuno gets the point. Easiest way to remember is anyone who touches the ball and it goes out (intentionally or unintentionally) = the other team gets the point.
