The Titanic: Honor & Glory Alpha!

The THG Alpha is being constructed!

We have been working on a way to allow our fans, supporters, and Titanic enthusiasts to explore our Titanic recreation as it's being built. In a continuation of the vision we had for THG back in 2021, but in a way that's more appropriate for the way we're building the ship and the stage this process is at, the Titanic: Honor & Glory Alpha will be set in the shipyard of Harland and Wolff! Don't just watch our progress in the odd post, EXPLORE our virtual Titanic as we build it, in the gantry, in a recreation of the yard where it all came to be! And the best part? You'll be able to do so for FREE!

What are some things you'll be able to see and do in this Alpha?

• Visit the Titanic as she's built, with the ability to walk her unfinished decks and climb around the structure. As we create more of the ship, more elements will be added in updates, allowing players to not just read about this progress, but experience it for themselves.

• Explore the North Yard of Harland and Wolff, including the massive Arrol Gantry. Climb the stairs, walk the catwalks, meander the platforms. Use it to access Titanic's structure or climb it for incredible views of the ship.

• Check out places like the Platers' Shed and the Cabinet Shop, facilities that were used to prepare the ship's steel plating and build furnishings. These areas will be used to display structural elements and other large objects relevant to the ship, as well as smaller fittings and furnishings, acting as museum-like spaces for players to learn more about various aspects of Titanic and to see what we're working on long before it's put on the ship.

• Hop over to the Main Offices (in their 1912/1913 form), including the two famous drawing rooms. Here you'll be able to see plans in the drawing rooms or visit areas like the cozy Consultation Room, where you'll find information on THG and our process for building the ship.

• Set the time of day to your liking! Day mode, night mode– ANY time you want!

• Change the weather to whatever suits you, from rain and snow to foggy, cloudy, or clear days! Run around Titanic's towering structure as it snows, or relax and soak up the vibes on a rainy day at the shipyard.

• Experience a world alive with the men who built Titanic! Builders and foremen walking about and working on the ship, designers in the offices!

The Alpha's first release will be FREE for everyone, with the yard and structure as it currently stands available for all from the start, with our Deckhands-and-above ($12+) Patrons getting EARLY access to new updates, and a few other exclusive odds and ends for all Patrons (more on that when the time comes). Eventually, the ship will reach a point where it'll leave the gantry and progress enough to exit this Alpha phase of THG. Still, until then, you'll be able to experience the reconstruction of the Titanic at no cost.

We're aiming for early 2026 for the first release. In the meantime, we will post public as well as early and exclusive updates and sneak-peeks for Patrons here and especially on the Patrons' Discord server. We'll also make a couple of previous sneak-peaks public, so look for those, and stay tuned for further updates on the THG Alpha!
