For our affirmational file this month, you wanted a file to encourage you to get up and move for 30 minutes a day. You'd be surprised how much just getting outside and going for a 30 minute walk daily can actually have profound impact on your health. So let's dip into the clouds and see if we can get you moving!
note: this file is a bit of an attempt to find a middle ground between patreons who prefer the count down format and those that prefer to just dive right in to the meat of a file. I'll be curious to hear how effective people feel it is. I'm never going to full give up my countdowns, but it's good to have options that work for people!
