I do love the apocryphal story of the Patton Brothers, a long established comedy act (and elder brothers of the Chuckles). Widely appreciated as consummate old-school showbiz royalty, with nary a bad word to say about anyone, they broke the professional entertainer's omerta to deliver a pithy yet withering judgement on Cilla: "She's a cunt".
