Added 2016-11-17 23:52:59 +0000 UTCThe boat is compounded and waxed! The brightwork is gleaming, it's beautiful! We love having such an old boat that can clean up like the sexy lady that she always has been!
Tomorrow we will be back up the mast to fix a fitting on our VHF coax that isn't allowing it to broadcast long distances. We're also going to polish our fuel tomorrow because it's been sitting for a bit, we want to limit the unexpected...Even though we know it will come in some form!
We look to leave by Monday, the 21st (depending on weather). The plan is to cruise down the Florida coast, anchoring out the entire way to Miami.
It's been a long Hurricane Season and we're pumped to go!
