New episode news!
Added 2016-11-16 13:55:11 +0000 UTCIt's almost done! Jeremiah's been having glitches on the computer and we thought we had lost the new footage last night after the laptop crashed! Yikes! All was well in the end though. This is a fun one with more Fantasy Fest footage and then we do some engine and depth sounder maintenance on the Gecko! One of which doesn't turn out well at all! :( This week in real time...The boat is getting compound and waxed, VHF antenna cable is getting repaired and then we depart!!! We can't wait to get out of this slip! Brittany

Something I seen the other day was ( <a href="https://iosafe.com/products-soloG3-features" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://iosafe.com/products-soloG3-features</a> ) it's water proof and fire proof looks to be going for $300-$400 on Amazon.

I've learned the hard way to frequently use a thumbnail drive for a cheap, quick, and easy backup of major work before uploading it or shutting the computer down. Once I have the file on a system backup to an external drive, I reuse the thumbnail for something else. If you're not backing up to something off the boat (like to a cloud), you might want to store the laptop in something that is waterproof and would float.
