2024-11-23 15:49:04 +0000 UTCNot everything has to have butter. We have a vegan at the Thanksgiving table who eats fairly well. Vegan sweet potato casserole. Vegan stuffing. A non-gelatin cranberry sauce. She has tofu. I bring a charred cabbage and cauliflower salad that's a nice change from standard fare and vegan. It's the old fogies who never want to try anything new and want to make stuff the same every year .
