Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, or for those who don't celebrate it, happy holidays! As a present for all of your support, I'm giving out three different characters for completely free! The three characters all aim to capture a different look, in order to have some variety and make sure there's a girl that everyone will like! Additionally, as these are free cards, I did my best to only use mods which are already part of the repack or are part of the vanilla game. The exceptions to this are Hanmen's next gen shaders, and Freelancer's eye makeup. Both of these can likely be changed without too much impact on the look, but they're both amazing modders and as it's the holidays, perhaps you should treat yourself and enhance your Honey Select experience while you're at it? Anyways, let's introduce the girls!

First up, on the far left, is Shizuku, the goth girl of your dreams! I realized looking back that I've never really done a goth character before, or at least a character with a dark aesthetic and makeup. I've gotta say, I think it turned out great, and her black lipstick is especially sexy. While all three of the girls are sisters, Shizuku is the eldest and her mean attitude carries with it all of the disillusionment and cynicism of age. She'll chew you out if you can annoy her enough, but also loves to have fun (while she has the energy for it). While normally, wearing a Christmas outfit like this would be out of the question for her, her sisters managed to drag her along. As you might expect of the eldest, she does have a soft spot for her younger siblings! For those who enjoy this style, I hope this early foray into the goth style will suit your tastes and serve as a starting point for more girls like this in the future!

In the center is Minori, a sweet and energetic girl very reminiscent of some of the girls I've made in the past! She's the middle child, and from a young age always found Shizuku's fashion choices to be somewhat distasteful. To try and get her back on the right track, she thought that having her sister wear cheerful holiday clothing would change her mind. A cute idea, but as naive as it is endearing. Minori is also quite caring, feeling a strong sense of responsibility for her younger sister, and will often spoil her with whatever she wants. This girl is much like the style I've done in the past, and I hope that for those who have followed me for some time, will be a reminder of where we've come from, and how much further we can go! After all, looking at the improvement from even just this past year, it makes me hopeful that there's a lot to work on going forwards towards making the highest quality girls for you all to enjoy!

Lastly is Koyuki, an outgoing, playful girl who drew some inspiration from popular gyaru styles. While she didn't really go too crazy with the tan, she still has bright highlights and dyed hair, and when not in a Christmas outfit, often wears flashy and eye catching clothes. As the youngest, she's always been spoiled by her older sisters, and even got tired of getting their hand-me-downs. Perhaps as a result of that, she ended up deviating from both the gothic style of Shizuku and the sweet, girly style of Minori. Koyuki loves showing off her skin, too. It shouldn't be a surprise that, while it was Minori's idea to dress up for Christmas, it was actually Koyuki's idea to wear such a revealing and sexy outfit for it. So, make sure to thank her with the attention she was hoping for if you like their outfits! Like Shizuku, this character is one in a style I wouldn't normally make too often, and I've only really scratched the surface with the slightly more tan skin tone. I hope that in the future, if this is something people are interested in, it can serve as the starting point for more varied skin tones and appearances!

So that's these three, I hope this is a good Christmas present for you all and truly, from the bottom of my heart, I wish you all the happiest of holidays! It's been a pleasure making characters for all of you lovely people, and I look forward to making more and more for you in the future! I'll likely only be making one more post this year, and not with new content, but rather just some ramblings about the year I've had and whatnot.
