Friday Feature: Revised Character Generation Preview
Added 2023-05-19 19:13:48 +0000 UTCI'm nearly done with my revision, expansion, and overall clarification of Chapter 2 of Secrets of sha-Arthan, which focuses on character generation. Used in conjunction with the material presented in Chapter 3, you'll be better able to generate a character for the game, though some important material, like equipment and spells, are not yet available in revised form (though my intention is still to get all of that to you before month's end – fingers crossed!).
The link I'm providing is to a preview of the revised draft, which is to say, there are still a few more things I need to tweak to my satisfaction, specifically the skills section, which needs more material. My plan is to get that to you by Sunday. However, I thought you might nevertheless be interested in seeing how this new draft differs from previous ones.

As before, please hold any comments you might have until after I've uploaded the finished draft later this weekend. There's a good chance that any errors or omissions you see in this preview are already on my to-do list. Even if they're not, it'd be much more helpful to me if you wait a bit longer before sending me your thoughts.
That reminds me: thanks to everyone who's provided feedback on Chapter 3. I am reading your comments and taking them to heart. No doubt you will see some small changes reflective of the feedback in future drafts.
