Windows: Added Direct3D 11 Renderer for rendering built-in OSD and "Plot" Window.
On Windows systems it will be enabled by default.
You can switch renderers at Settings -> OSD -> Renderer.
Also, since SteamVR now uses a shared d3d11 texture instead of inter-op with OpenGL, VR performance could improve.
Fixes:
Fixed wrong roll direction of the boresight in the "GFX Artificial Horizon".
Fixed incorrect altitude when "altitude_10k" is missing on the localhost:8111 and plane have imperial units of measurement.
