2025-08-30 13:11:04 +0000 UTCAlex once said in an interview the reason why they don't reuse the tasks is because if some of them have seen it, they will have prior knowledge and more time to think of what to do and that is unfair and not fun. That's why they stopped doing the buy a present for the Taskmaster task after Series 3. But one interesting thing is Alex does reuse the tasks from the other Taskmasters, or maybe they collaborated or something like that. If you remember the task where Sarah Millican poured the milk in the lab, that task was initially was from TMNZ. Even the concept of sabotaging your team was from a task from TMNZ. Maybe they collaborated and recorded the tasks around the same time but it was aired in TMNZ first.
