Took 4 years to fix that mess. Also I do not follow celebrities at all! Haha, I couldn't care less but I use Instagram for funny cat videos and fails and celebrities get pushed down my throat without me seeking them. π

Iβm not sure if you can recognise veneers visually, crowns or implants would probably look the same. My front teeth are crowns. Spent a lot of money on them years ago. My old teeth were all over the place and I would deliberately try not to smile, which is not a good place to be mentally. Celine Dionβs before and after pictures are kinda like mine.

Then another punk band the Sex Pistols came along with an album called "Never Mind the Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols". The TV show gets its name from an amalgamation of those. "Never Mind the Buzzcocks" The show is right up your alley, music trivia quiz, but would be really hard to do on youtube. I think you'd love it tho. And the newer series has Greg the silver fox Davies hosting it FTW

2024-12-06 06:24:07 +0000 UTCThe reason you didn't understand Blackadder's confusion of thinking the nurse (spy) wanted to be paid, was because you are still perhaps having some trouble with our British accents, and possibly expressions. You heard 'bought it' as 'bolted'. 'Bought it' is a British slang term for someone having died. Though in this case Blackadder took the term literally, thereby leading him to think she wanted payment. Regarding George writing to his German uncle, the nurse was still a genuine German spy, she just happened to be helping George, in his stupidity, divulge secrets to the enemy. After all, when Blackadder tricked her with mentioning Oxford, Cambridge and Hull as Britain's three great Universities, she didn't realise Hull did not belong in the same sentence as Oxford and Cambridge. Oxford and Cambridge are easily the most prestigious two, the UK equivalents of Harvard and Yale. There is a lot of rivalry between Oxford and Cambridge, which possibly led to the joke whereby Stephen Fry's character named Oxford as a complete dump (instead of Hull correctly being the odd one out). It had already been established his character in the show was a Cambridge man. In reality, both Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie studied at Cambridge University (where they first met via their mutual friend, the actress Emma Thompson), whilst Rowan Atkinson and Richard Curtis (one of Blackadder's two co-writers) both studied and met for the first time while students at Oxford University. Five of the six members of Monty Python also went to Cambridge or Oxford University (Jones and Palin were at Oxford, Cleese, Chapman and Idle were at Cambridge). The odd Python out is Gilliam, who, as an American at the time, did not grow up or study in the UK. I say at the time, as he later renounced his American citizenship in 2006, having held dual British and American citizenship from 1968.

Then its upto you want to do the first series. Or you could always do series 1, then Back and Forth, as that is the official Blackadder ending
