The marathon/snickers name change started the running joke of Mel being gently informed about various not-very-recent name changes and then other recent news events. Without replaying the video, I do recall several uk confectionary products mentioned, all of which were genuine name changes. Opal fruits renamed to Starburst is the only example I can remember now. Ok so The independent did an article: Dime bar is now Daim Bar and Lilt was given a generic Fanta flavored name.
