I didn't even know Ricky did this so what a nice bonus this was to watch today ! Thanks Mandy ! I would love to see both Karl and Steve do this too. I think Karl would 'chicken' out before the end. :D

2023-10-20 15:01:34 +0000 UTCThe lowest on a scoville scale is a bell pepper, as it is a pepper with no capsaicin (the stuff that makes peppers hot) . The scale is not meant to be taken literally for a lot of the sauces. Da Bomb is probably the hottest sauce on the table and its gross too, as it's made from capsaicin extract. So super strength heat from concentrate and no nice flavour of other ingredients to balance it. The proper sauces are made from blends of actual peppers. Extracts are kinda cheating heat
