Hello Lovely Patrons!

πŸ”ΉοΈ I am currently looking for some music to react to, but it is hard to find amazing stuff one doesn't already know! I am mainly looking for songs that have a music video worth watching! I always hear of iconic videos or sets, but haven't seen many. Yes, I have seen Psy's Gangnam Style! πŸ€ͺ Suggestions below will be much appreciated! Have a great one guys and gals! πŸŒΊπŸ’œ

Hello Lovely Patrons!

Comments

Anything nirvana related πŸ˜‚

Josh sloan

I cannot guarantee that you will like them, but they have a fantastic sense of humour and I know you like a broad spectrum of music, including metal. And they are German, just in case that makes it make any more sense. They are hella popular right now.

Captain Howdy

Intersting Cap! I Will check them out! Thank you! πŸ€—

Mandy Cane Lane

Right now one of the best bands for great videos and fun music is Electric Callboy. Songs like Hypa Hypa, We got the moves, Pump it and their latest song, a cover of Cascadas Every time we touch. I could describe their music style but that gives away way too much. Hypa Hypa is the jumping on point for most people.

Captain Howdy

Oh! Love Rammstein! Even covered Sonne, but will check out the rest! Thank you Jimmy!

Mandy Cane Lane

I have seen some of these, but some are news! Awesome, thank you kindly Gary!

Mandy Cane Lane

Oh awesome! Metal is good! Thank you Nathan!!

Mandy Cane Lane

Some metal? "Awakening" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqUPGa15Oto), or "Cleanse the Bloodlines" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfSL-6YExzk) by Unleash the Archers "Rule of Nines" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVDXTFeGYwc) or "Circle With Me" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMnfkW9UZc4) by Spiritbox (these are "one take" vocal videos of these 2 songs that are amazing) "Pisces" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQNtGoM3FVU) or "Teacher, Teacher" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRkRwL0vjOg) by Jinjer (very popular on react channels, and great songs) "Concrete Cages" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9El7fWOPpY0) by Scardust ft. Patty Gurdy All of those bands^ are lead by amazing female singers The animated music video for "Why" by Devin Townsend (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fT-uWOVP5q0) is very fun, and the song reminds me of Disney a bit "Wildfire" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFKSiOkRzb4) by Periphery just came out a month or so ago, great song (tho it's very intense, idk how you handle that kind of stuff yet) Should be something in that mess you'll like :)

Nathan

Heilung Krigsgaldr gets a second from me, or In Maidjan from the same concert. Amazing music that I feel in my DNA

Nathan

Haha yea they are kinda cool, I do love the sciency ones xD Also if you decide to watch No Bullets Fly do watch the animated version cause it will give you the story around it aswell πŸ€—

Fredrik Nybacka

If you want something more 'mainstream' try Loyle Carner (https://youtu.be/GSkqM5Cd8zw) or Joy Crookes (https://youtu.be/xLFCcnYSCyE)

Chill Bill

"This is America" By Childish Gambino went around the reaction channels when it came out Some great singing in House of the Rising Sun (1964), by The Animals https://youtu.be/4-43lLKaqBQ seen others react to this. "Smack my bitch up", The Prodigy. Banging tune, unsavoury subject matter, banned from MTV and youtube doesn't have the full clip with full nudity. So yeah that would go straight to patreon. Second thoughts, worth a mention, but too risque. The ending is worth it. Here's the dailymotion version for reference: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x13tav "Move your feet" Junior Senior, a danish pop duo. A catchy tune, made with retro blocky computer animation https://youtu.be/SPlQpGeTbIE "Clint Eastwood" by Gorillaz, another stylized animated music video I'm going to plug "Place your hands" by Reef. Dunno how the music video stands up, but its such an overlooked feel good song from the 90s https://youtu.be/bihoNRc8GDQ "Take on Me" by A-ha (1984) https://youtu.be/djV11Xbc914 I second "Virtual Insanity" by Jamiroquai https://youtu.be/4JkIs37a2JE

Bjork is always interesting Bjork Army of me https://youtu.be/jPeheoBa2_Y Can't go wrong with Rammstein Rammstein - Sonne https://youtu.be/StZcUAPRRac From a concert but fairly unique Heilung - Krigsgaldr https://youtu.be/QRg_8NNPTD8 A fun little Britpop song from the 90's that gets overlooked Supergrass - Pumping on your stereo https://youtu.be/dDstq54H4yc A great song from a great album PJ Harvey - The last living rose https://youtu.be/CWBrWhrKchQ

Jimmy Calhoun

Sir Chill Bill! I have heard and seen Sinead O'Connor's Nothing Compares to you, but have not heard of the others! Thank you very much! πŸ€—

Mandy Cane Lane

Mandy Cane Lane

Another great son g I know. I have recently been listening to several covers of it. Have found some great stuff!

Mandy Cane Lane

Can't, have seen it millions of times. One of my favourite songs! Thank you though Gary! πŸ€—

Mandy Cane Lane

Hey Geman! Haven't heard of Hamilton, but have seen most of Bo's work! Thank you!

Mandy Cane Lane

Subtitles are no problemo with me! Thank you Gjermund! πŸ€—

Mandy Cane Lane

That was quite good. I'm not sure I understood it though.

Here's one definitely worth watching, if you haven't already, as it's an incredible concept for a video. That is, if you can accept the subtitles, as it's in French. Stromae - Formidable https://youtu.be/S_xH7noaqTA

Gjermund Higraff

*hamilton- if you are one of those who not into musicals, than i think it worth a try *bo burnham really awesome specials (especally "inside"). very funny, touching and profound. those are my top 2

Geman

Muse is one of the best live bands ever, some of their live performances would be a good watch Muse - Supremacy at the Brits is phenomenal!

Michael Harrop

For me personally, I love Ghost, and they have some amazing music videos, such as their videos for Square Hammer, Cirice, Dance Macabre and Rats

Ryan W.

Maybe some Epic Rap Battles of History? Also Sabatons newer songs have really high value production, like No Bullets Fly, Christmas Truce just to name a few. also more Minchin would be nice

Fredrik Nybacka

You used 'here' when you meant 'hear'.

I guess you've heard this? Sinead O'Connor - Nothing Compares To You https://youtu.be/0-EF60neguk Probably not these though :-) Wormrot - Born Stupid https://youtu.be/iKb18QCYnnU Dinosaur Jr - I don't think so https://youtu.be/9WAgITmqLew

Chill Bill

Ah yes, the humans of Earth. Many of us pretend we are indeed human.... I mean.. we are! Yes, we are human. I mean, I am human. I am. I swear.

Mandy Cane Lane

Awesome! Thank you for the link!! =)

Mandy Cane Lane

Never heard of it! Thank you Lewis!!

Mandy Cane Lane

Ed Sheeran is Ed Sheeran! xD Yes, yes he is! =p

Mandy Cane Lane

Interesting you say this when Dani Filth is also British! xD

Mandy Cane Lane

Ohhh... Taskmaster flashback! Awesome, thank you!!

Mandy Cane Lane

Also, a great rabbit hole to get lost in if you haven't heard of him, is Harry Mack, particularly his "Omegle bars" series. If you aren't aware, he's a freestyle rapper, people will give him a few words to inspire his rap, and he'll do the rest, literally improvised off the top of his head, I suspect he's not human, but he claims that he is, which is what someone pretending to be a human would say I guess

TrickUpMySteve

Would love to see you react to Don’t look back in anger live from Argentina 😊 https://youtu.be/MpNHqJs7rXQ

Scatman's World by Scatman John

Lewis

Stormzy is currently the biggest UK male Artist that's now breaking America. Mel made me do it is like a mini movie. It's 10 minutes long but keeps you on your toes. Oasis are a Huge Rock band that are absolutely loved in the UK, a huge following. Ed Sheeran is Ed Sheeran. You must know who he is, doing grimme. Ren is amazing as you know with Hi Ren.

Charlie Costa

Upvoted for visibility! Remember to mention it has to be from the Abbey Road live session!

Marvelous Martin

Iron Sky - Paulo Nutini, best vocalist britain has to offer

Jackkk

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve is a bit of an iconic British music video from the 90s, so would be great to see you react to that sometime πŸ™‚

Craigos10

Excellent! Thank you very much Kevin!

Mandy Cane Lane

Hmm... I have seen and heard many Aurora things. She is fun! Thank you!

Mandy Cane Lane

Awesome! Thank you for giving me options too!

Mandy Cane Lane

Cool! Thank you Steve!! =)

Mandy Cane Lane

Will check those out! And I am looking for suggestions that are: "This is epic! Everyone in the world HAS to see/hear this, how does she not know it?"

Mandy Cane Lane

Cool, thank you!

Mandy Cane Lane

I am intigued! Thank you Gavin!!!

Mandy Cane Lane

Ooohh.. options! Thank you!!

Mandy Cane Lane

Have heard and seen Lily Allen's The Fear, but the rest is new to me! Thank you!

Mandy Cane Lane

Awesome, Thank you!

Mandy Cane Lane

Sounds awesome! Thank you!!

Mandy Cane Lane

Focused mostly on trying to hit the "doesn't already know" part of the message, but also the visually interesting videos part. Wales- Super Furry Animals (Any of them) Maybe '(Drawing) Rings Around the World', 'Herman Loves Pauline' or 'Slow Life' Silly but popular 20 years ago: Goldie Lookin Chain - 'Guns Don't Kill People' England- Silly cricket based video: Roots Manuva - 'Again & Again' Artsy video: Roots Manuva - 'It's On' The Hit 20 years ago: Roots Manuva - 'Witness The Fitness'

Kevin Tipcorn

Thanks for clarifying - I've added one suggestion. I prefer live performances and I tend to sometime spend hours listening to the same song, but different live version until I find the perfect performance to add to my playlist. :D

Marvelous Martin

One of my all time favourite songs!

Mandy Cane Lane

Well, I personally don't like live performances, but I am asking for suggestions, so whatever you think would be good!

Mandy Cane Lane

Hello Mandy. When you say "music videos" are you referring to actual music videos or live performances? :-) If you're looking for great live performances, I can definitely recommend you check out a guy named Paolo Nutini - especially his "Iron Sky - Abbey Road live session" is an amazing way to be introduced to his music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELKbtFljucQ

Marvelous Martin

Pink Floyd - comfortably numb, live at Pulse. Nothing else like it. Although im obsessed with Nuno Bettencourt at the moment so anything with him in it is good, he's in the band Extreme and he wears nice shirts.

SynphamyMusic

Her latest one(I think) 'cure for me' has a fun video too.

Feathers McGraw

Aurora is great!! The Seed would probably be a good intro to her music

SynphamyMusic

They're both good, but I'm wondering if you mean the albinos one or the Mars one?

Kirk Deighton

Jamie XX - Gosh

Aaron Hinton

Mel made me do it - Stormsy. The tales of Jenny and Screech - Ren Don't look back I'm anger - Oasis Take me Back to London (Siro Remix) - Ed Sheeran The Fear - Lilly allen ( this was for you) The rest are very popular and great for your channel. So far your Gremlin fans are worrying me.

Charlie Costa

Jamiroquai - Virtual Insanity, Peter Gabriel - Sledgehammer, Radiohead - No Surprises, Radiohead - Fake Plastic Trees

Joe D

Let Forever Be by The Chemical Brothers would be worth a look if you've not seen before. Good song with an inventive video directed by Michel Gondry (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind)

Callum Lister

Hi Mandy, I recently discovered an amazing metal band, Jinjer, from the Ukraine - so very worth supporting anyway. They have some great videos, including 'Vortex' and 'Wallflower'. I'm approaching 55 years old and I've never heard anything quite like them!

GavinS

Common People is a great insight into the British class system, rich vs poor its so good!

Michael Harrop

Common People is my favourite song ever!

Michael Harrop

I love Tool and all their videos are stop motion animation done by their guitarist. Flight of the conchords have some great songs either from their stand up sets or their TV show.Grandaddy by the Horne section is great. Also dont forget Mr Bungle, I already requested them but they don't have alot of videos, for their better songs anyway. They are more a personal interest cause I love the band and the music but you may hate it, and you may not get a lot of views off it, I just really want to see your reaction no matter what it is. The question is, do you want suggestions for stuff we think you might like? Or stuff we want to see you react to? I could make hundreds of suggestions.

Feathers McGraw

Giving you reacted to Ren - Hi Ren, and enjoyed that I 100% recommend the Jenny and screech trilogy https://youtu.be/TYAnqQ--KX0

TrickUpMySteve

Pulp - "Common People", Oliver Tree - "Miss You", Stereophonics - "Mr Writer" :)

Dave Atcha

Anything Aurora does Live is great to see.
