We should both go on the show. Have you noticed how Greg pronounces it 'Taskmasssta' 😁 Ideal lineup, Ricky Steve and definitely Karl Pilkington! Sarah Millican and Jimmy Carr. Although, because he thinks very differently, I think I would replace Jimmy with Ross Noble.

You said you didn't like Aubergines (eggplant) right? When I lived in Gibraltar, I used to regularly buy Aubergine tortilla. They were so, so good! I miss them. Black, green and greasy but oh so yummy. Interesting new team then. That roller that Joe used for the ducks... that's what I would have used to destroy the cake :)

I like how you call Mel "the Mel woman"😂 I haven't figured out whether that's insulting in some way or not. Lolli and Noel are my favourites but the whole cast has done great stuff in the past, (except for the Mel woman I suppose). "The End of the F...ing World" is awesome, the dynamic between the two lead actors is electric. The clumsy moments they spark together, fumbling onwards, one consequence after another, and the acting is so compelling, you're consumed in their little reality bubble. Yeah, I looked her up Wunmi Mosaku has been in a few things since. I also remember her from Loki.

FYI Mandy, green beans and broad beans (the type of bean Noel brought in) are two different things. I believe broad beans are called "el haba" in Spanish. The pods are much larger, up to a foot (30cm) long in some cases. Vegetables is the family business. :)

Now we are really into the golden era of taskmasters. This series is great and youl learn to love Mel. She is quirky but she's kinda lovable. Alex is so good on this show, he's often overlooked by Greg but the small comments he makes are brilliant.

"Mel and Shoe" is funny because Mel Giedroyc often presenters with Sue Perkins and they are referred to as "Mel and Sue", shoe rhymes with Sue and that was the source of the humour (or humor as an American might say).

I actually went to see Greg Davies live at the Apollo like.......geez 10 or so years ago, it was pretty awesome. But the thing that put me off was London prices....for everything. Costs even more at the Apollo. D:
