Also the story of Kevin Eldon being the tech support guy on the phone is funny, he worked on his French accent for the part so was a little disappointed when filming that he was asked to sound so ridiculous, but in hindsight looking back he said his only regret is he didn't go all out and sound even more ridiculous than he did!

2023-11-16 15:35:07 +0000 UTCTalking about them predicating the future tech-wise I really hope you react to a show called 'Nathan Barley' one day, it's a 2005 show about an internet content provider ( or 'Self-Facilitating Media Node' as he refers to himself in the show) in the early days of social media, one of the shows creators was actually Chris Morris who played Denholm, Richard Ayoade (Moss) and Noel Fielding (Richmond) are also in it, it's only 6 episodes too so it would be a quick one, but it's a proper cult classic as in it's fans freaking LOVE it but it's really not that well known at all.

2023-11-10 18:51:56 +0000 UTCThis is probably my favourite episode. Kevin Eldon (the "foreign" I.T telephone support man) is amazing in it. He was in Big Train, which Graham Linehan and Arthur Mathews also wrote together, alongside Simon Pegg, Mark Heap, Julia Davis and Amelia Bulmore. It was hilarious, surreal, brilliant and mental.
