Daily Update: A Balancing Act

Hi everybody! Your friendly neighborhood Benji here, wishing you all a pleasant evening (or morning, or afternoon, or timeless eternity, depending on which part of the cosmos you occupy)!

Just a few updates tonight before I turn in. First, I want to share something with you you may or may not have been waiting patiently for. It's just a taste for now—we still have plenty of work to do before it this creation can be released, shambling and screaming onto the internet:

There are still some minor problems that we're working through, and a number of features are still missing, but we'll get to that! Just know that we're working on delivering the goal you've all helped us unlock. Our CSS guy is very talented, but pressed for time, so things are kind of ambling along at the moment. But we are, nevertheless, making progress.

In other news, the list video is coming along swimmingly. As always, mythology and folklore topics are a lot of work, but I'm most of the way through the research and I've unearthed some really meaty stuff that I think you'll all enjoy learning (and writing) about very much!

Expect an ambiguous screenshot of some notes written in an astonishingly small hand in tomorrow's update.

ALSO, notice that the quotation marks are missing from "daily" in this update. I plan to make that a regular occurrence. Next month we're going to roll out a regular weekly schedule for patreon, including daily updates. It'll become like a TF-centered blog around here soon, and I'm really looking forward to your feedback on that score.

I could go on for another chapter or two about what's in store, but alas, the bed and the Chloe and the ritualistic hour-or-so of Hollow Knight before bed beckon, and I have not the power to resist. So this is where I check out.
