In Helaena's chamber you can see her scribblings on the wall and papers. It shows a beheaded wolf (probably Robb at Red Wedding), a boar and funeral for a child. Also a naked woman standing in fire (probably Daenerys hatching dragons or killing Dothraki khals). A stag with crown (probably Robert or Baratheons becoming king). She lives through nightmarish prophecies of death constantly. This is her life. And final realization when the nightmare becomes reality.
