0.7 Development Update 13

Hey, folks! Time for another dev update!

v0.7.8

Is now fully out with all the new events in it! The anniversary, Blair's show in the Bunny Lounge (with a new animation in EA!) and now, the new Lost and Found event. That new Lost and Found even turned out to be huge, it's basically three separate events in one.

v0.7.9

We're actually going to add another bit to the latest Lost and Found event in v0.7.9! I wanted to add a new minigame to the event from the beginning, but we ran out of time and I decided against delaying the whole event until the next version.

Don't worry, the minigame is not going to be anything reaction-based or the like. It's partially inspired by The Case of the Golden Idol, only it's going to be much simpler, at least for now. Here's an early draft of the UI:

You'll have to reconstruct the proper recipes from the weird writing of some weird alchemists. You'll get a few tries, and the minigame is going to be completely optional and skippable. But if you do complete it successfully, you'll get to see a few bonus animations:

If you already finished the event, you'll get a prompt game load asking if you want to restart the whole event, unlock the rewards without replaying the event, or just skip the whole thing.

Apart from that, Cait's storyline is shaping up nicely. We've mostly finished two of the events, and we'll see if we can fit the third one into the update.

We're also looking into updating and expanding some of the older repeatable events. For example, the group dinner events needed a full rewrite for a long time now, and we have to do that sooner or later. Then there are many repeatable sex scenes that could do with an extra animation or two. Hey, maybe those intimacy/lewdness counters will finally amount to something!
