You can use the patch to upgrade any version beginning with 0.5.4a1 to version 0.5.5a1 , just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use the patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.
New stuff:
Lyriel's "first time" event is fully remastered with a new lighting setup. The old one was horrible, I just couldn't leave it like that.
One new talk with her, should trigger on the next day after her first time.
After that talk, sex with her will become repeatable, with new intros and stuff.
New Barmaids dream starring Viorel (should either be added by the migration code, or by finishing one of Lyriel's etherwalks).
