0.4 Development Update 21

As you might have noticed, I posted the “writer wanted” ad this week here and in some other places. I honestly did not expect as many responses as I got, and it’s totally awesome. But that also means that I spent almost a whole day yesterday reviewing submissions and communicating with folks. Still, I’m pretty confident that we’ll have another writer on the team in June, so, yay!
Other than that, work on the update is ongoing. As is always the case, there is life stuff that needs attention, but I’m more or less on track to release the next alpha before the end of the month. Event outlines are finished, writing is ongoing, starting on renders. Event-specific clothing is pretty much done, doing preliminary work on locations and framing now, will move on to actually doing story renders soon.

Cait has this innocence about her that reminds me of the farm girl that is finding out about the wonders of the big city; she's heard about different things but hasn't seen them, and the more she sees, the more she wants to learn about. what's the setting for that middle picture; it almost looks like a basement/cellar or an alleyway in an old world city?
