Sabrina carpenter is not this generation’s Britney and Tate definitely isn’t either. Tate’s team and fanbase wants the Britney comparisons so bad but people who aren’t in the industry/arent following her career don’t know her music like she doesn’t have a single hit (no shade). Britney’s music was/is inescapable everyone has a fave Britney song. Alternatively, Sabrina’s Espresso was a massive multiplatinum hit and short and sweet was the biggest album of 2024 after Taylor. She’s one of the few putting numbers on the board (short n sweet did 350k in the first week) and can actually sing. Like my dad who is 69 years old knows Sabrina and espresso so she is reaching audiences. Also since Coachella is pop-focused nowadays I feel like she is the only artist that could headline right now. Morgan wallen is the only other artist who has the numbers and discography to headline Coachella but I think Coachella wants to stay pop centered.

2025-09-27 00:56:42 +0000 UTCI’m 32 and got married last July after being with my (now) husband for eleven years. We spent the first four years of our relationship long distance, and then moved in together in 2018. I’m really glad we waited. My twenties were a whirlwind — finishing college, moving to a new state, starting my career, dealing with family stress, and living through the pandemic. Before we got married, I met a lot of people who said they wished they had waited a bit longer — many felt they had married too soon, before truly getting to know their partner. I feel lucky to have had the time to grow and figure things out before taking that step.
