Stuffy or outgoing?

I am constantly over doing it with the hats but come on! it so much fun!. She seems older here to as if she married and has her life together due to wealth. parties? nah! if it isn't a elegant party she refuse to go.
I mean that is what I see in this picture. In a AU she young and still would wear muted colors but she would love to go to parties and be around the night life! she not a stuffy person but this outfit might give that impression? what do you think

Actually I think it gives her a bit of a mysterious look, like a fortune teller. Though I think that's just the style
