it was the hair on that girl in the bed that looked like aunt polly at first glance and it just showed her sex scene so i figured it was her in the bed and when i saw tommy i was like wtf no way but wasn't her lol thank god. tom hardy was great ! i know im gonna LOVE his character ! and yeah sadly back in the day its just a get over it attitude , feel so bad for Arthur ):

Great reaction, couldn't wait for you to find out Tom Hardy was not playing Aunt Polly's son. That would be so funny. Alfie Solomans is a bad ass character. batty as a box of frogs, unpredictable, total opposite of Tommy but yet their relationship is such a great one throughout the series. Yep Alfie can talk and doesn't make sense half the time thats why we love his character so much LOL..... PTSD (shell shock) rehabilitation unfortunately back then was non existent so Tommy's attitude to Arthur was actually what the men were told. Get on with it, block it out and the horrors they went through i couldn't imagine how you could just go on with life without it affecting you. They put morphine in rival horses water to slow them down and Cocaine in their own horses to make them win........ horrible but that's how they fixed the races back then.
