Most of my Fanbox communications will be done through my Discord server. But I'd like to outline the point of this reworking.
Basically, I want to separate my commission work and my personal work, and give myself more excuse to do personal work. So I am using Fanbox as my avenue to get more personal work out there. I have changed the pricing on all of the commission tiers early so everyone can get an idea of what they are signing up for.
Now that I am very close to finishing my backlog, here are my plans:
Return monthly stories and work on them consistently to give more incentive to subscribe to lower tiers.
Finish up all owed commissions by March 20th.
Get on a good schedule, ensure that all monthly work is finished within the month...

Starting on March, I will be doubling prices for all commission-based tiers so as to lessen my workload and allow myself to focus on personal projects, twitter commissions, and prompt streams.
This has been a learning experience for me, and through this experience I have come to an understanding about my work habits, and while I am fixing some of the more egregious ones, I also know that I work too slowly to realistically take on as much work as I do.
