oh rian johnson is a good director for sure!! the last jedi just had a horrible storyline imo so that’s the issue, i actually liked the way it was directed tbh but yeah that’s not all on rian tbf, Frank oz looked so familiar ! i knew i knew him from somewhere!! it’s yoda lol!

Rian Johnson, the director of the movie, also directed Star Wars: The Last Jedi, which as you know wasn’t well received. So he’s not a bad director, it just shows that Disney didn’t know what they were doing with Star Wars. This movie was his next movie after Star Wars. What’s funny is in the beginning of the movie, Harlan mentions that Ransom can’t tell the difference between a real knife and a prop knife. Also worth mentioning is that Alan Stevens, the guy reading the will, is played by Frank Oz. He voices Cookie Monster and none other than Master Yoda.

I did some research & turns out he cameos in all of Rian Johnson’s films. He said it’s tradition. I already knew he did one for Glass Onion. You prob won’t be able to guess what it is (it’s so random 😭) but I’ll point it out later if you don’t. For this one tho, he was the voice of Det. Hardrock on the TV show Marta’s sister was watching at the beginning of the movie. Also remember in Scream 5 they said “the Knives Out guy” directed the latest Stab sequel? Technically that means Joseph was in that movie too 😏
