In regards to Jaimes hair. I love how the costume designers/showrunners just kind of gave up on everyones hair lmao Jaime was blonde AF in the earlier seasons. Tyrion use to have blonde AF hair too, and it use to be straight. Now its dark and curly. Cersei's hair doesnt grow (though i feel like she keeps it short on purpose to prove a point, that it doesnt bother her or something idk) and so on XD
