I have currently re-opened my commissions tier again since I am pretty much caught up on animations and have some free time. If you didn't get to commission before you can now. The slots are currently 2 commissions per month. This may change, just testing the waters. You can only commission once per month so it is fair for others to have a chance to commission as well. We will see how it goes :)
