My friends, here's the vignette ready for painting! The additional palm leaves still didn't arrive (probably tomorrow) but in the meantime I can focus on airbrushing all the foliage on the ground!
There's the usual static grass of different lengths, but in some places I added a bit of Fine Turf on top of it to imitate all those short weeds growing on the ground. It's not very visible, but I hope paints will change that!
Probably the most important addition are two natural dried plants from Peddinghaus Decals - one is Lepidium (Peppergrass) - those nice, tall, leafy weeds. The second is Adiantum Blatter which sort of resembles a fern, but not much. That's why I added it in very limited amounts. There were lots of fallen Pepergrass leaves in the package, so I sprinkled those on the ground. I should've done this step after the ground was painted, this way it'll be much more time consuming to bring them out with a paintbrush, but oh well, lesson learned!
More vegetation will be added in the form of paper plants, but only after all of this is painted :)
